Arc Dome to WNW of summit

The uplands are gentle rolling hills, covered with typical desrt alpine vegetation -- a contrast to the steep volcanic cliffs on the east side of the range.

Walter trudges up the slope at lower-middle right. We saw a herd of 35 bighorns just below the summit.
