What sort of time exposure have you got on that? Beautiful ballistic traces, must get down there one day.

I actually purchased this photo from the Department of Conservation, and asked if I could use it here. I know it was a time lapse, but I don't know the details.

I actually saw that same sight when i was there, got a lucky few hours of no clouds at night. I was told some really smart people actually try to climb it every year.

that's huge, I dream to have at least one occasion in my life to see with my own eyes such incredible thing like volcano eruption.

Anyway, I've seen four volcanic eruptions, but the one above in the album was only one unplanned. The others (Kilauea, Arenal and Ruapehu) were from a safe distance.
