Ascending the "Crux"
Instead of ascending the short "chimney" crux, we ascended the easy slab immediately to its right. This was not difficult at all...we experienced much more difficult sections higher up as we encountered more and more snow. Fun exposure here though. There is even a thin yellow rope left in place to assist anyone willing to trust it...
