Ascending Triglav in Mist

My wife Sonya ascending the via ferrata near the top of Triglav in Slovenia. We climbed up through the mist and just as we reached the summit pyramid the clouds began to clear out, revealing the fantastic summit. A large thunderstorm the day before cleared out the crowds on this fantastic peak ... one of our favorite climbs of all time for sure! Photo by Howie Silleck, July 2010.

far from where you are to the summit? looks like a beautiful rocky peak!

Hi Anita - we're about 20 minutes from the summit at this spot ... the top visible is a false summit which is followed by an easy ridge to the top.
