NO,we didn't do it. We walked up from Rioseta, the barracks, to the ski station where the mist came down.
Sat around in the mist getting cold. It came and went and finally we gave up as it came down again. We set off down to the car and the mist was still there over the summit of Aspe.
Our plan is to try from the other side Aísa, next time. A few weekends ago we ended up in a "borda" with Aspe in full view and it got me longing to try again.

Fantastic summit in a hard day with strong wind. A lot of snow to climb the Brecha de Aspe with crampons and ice axe. The final ramp to climb with the hands to the summit it was a little dangerous for the wind. I love this mountain, the landscape is wonderfull and I will return.

Didn't properly reach the summit, but I consider it as a full climb for I had to stay in the western fore-summit. Fog and a short day (first day of the winter calendar) were the main reasons. A beautiful day, nevertheless.
