Assmann's Fritillary (Melitaea britomartis Polish: Przeplatka) is a butterfly from the Nymphalidae Family. It can be found in the Low Beskid on the edges of forests and in mountain glades from early May through the end of July. The main host plants of its larvae are Plantago lanceolata and Veronica. The Low Beskid - June 14, 2008.
