Up up up the old mine road. Date Climbed: Jul 10, 2010
After pushing our bikes almost all the way from 4000m to 5100m we were very tired. We set up our base camp in one of the mine buildings at 5300m and summitted in 4hrs 45mins. The snow slope that Parofes mentions in his description was now a scree slope with a maze of roads and paths that was a little confusing to negotiate.
"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."
