Re: What a picture!this is the arrival at the summit of C° Punta Italia 4867 masl, Cajón del Maipo, that was a glorious day, we climbed the "Direct Route" West Wall 5.8, 400mts, D!!!!

Re: What a picture!En El Cajon del Maipo, i made it in as far as El Volcan. Not very far, I know, but the carabineros said we (a group of gringos) had to turn around. They said it was getting too late and transportation back toward Santiago was going to be limited. It was about 3 PM, I suppose they had a good point so we did not get brushed. BEAUTIFUL scenery in there.
