Autumn on Mid Velebit | [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ] |
View towards sea from Premuziceva Staza path (around 1350m on this spot) some 30mins from Alan pass towards Satorina or south in general. This section of VPP (Velebit long distance trail) has most beautiful views towards sea and such panoramas last over 2h. On the right is southern end of Rab island and white dot which is ferry that connects it with Jablanac on the coast of Velebit. Left is northern tip of Pag island. Along this section of VPP it is hard to concentrate on walking, you just wish to lie down in grass and enjoy the views whole day.

Hasn't voted | I spent a week on and around Rab in late September and walked through the Premuziceva Staza portion of the Velebit trail. I remember views like this well (and the smells and sounds). When people ask me "what is your favorite place of all the places you've visited?" the Adriatic Coast in Hrvatska is always in the top 5 ;)
