Avalanche danger
The signpost on the right says it clearly: Avalanche Danger in 200 meters. Believe it or not, this is one of the final curves on the road (hidden under the snow) between Aisa and El Rigüelo. The picture was taken in March 2010 and the remains of an avalanche were covering the spot. It had come from that small valley to the left (Barranco de la Canalaza).
