Avoiding Scree and Ice
Secor describes this as the East Slope, but it sure looks and feels like a chute to me! Most of the snow was frozen to beautiful ice, unfortunately we had no tools so skirting the walls on scree and loose blocks was our choice of ascent. Much fun and adrenaline!
