Snowdrops - Galanthus nivalis

[ Sizes: Orig | Small | Thumb ]
Snowdrops - Galanthus nivalis
Found several of them at a surprisingly late time (the usual flowering time is February-March) near Nagy-Hideg-hegy (Big Cold Mountain). Seems to be a proof that the name of the mountain is not accidental.

(Börzsöny Mountains - 18. Apr. 2010.)

I meant the deceased :) Silesia's lowland is not that cold. Some people try to grow peach trees here. (Once I bought some of the fruit - it wasn't a good idea. :))
