This rock is on the ridge just above the gumdrop in the TR. Notice that in the picture http://c0278592.cdn.cloudfiles.rackspacecloud.com/original/99011.JPG, it is the same rock at the end of the ridge, only covered in snow. What a camping place.

Misinformed:

The Gumdrop here is actually a good 700-800ft higher than the campsite in your image link. I believe that his campsite was situated at the Shark's Fin, just below the Gumdrop. Also, that rock is bigger than your average house! It's deceptive, because even when you're there it seems small unless you walk the distance to its base.
