Baldy (6,827 ft) from the southwest on the way back from Gray Wolf's summit. You can go over the top of Baldy or contour its south slope to go to/from Gray Wolf Ridge. Going over the top adds only another hundred vertical feet of climbing compared to contouring the slope rightward. Sept. 18, 2005.
