I love the remoteness of this small mountain. I've done it in all time of the year. It has some wonderful multi-pitch rock climbs and the back is a cool scramble with good views.
Quartz is definitely not for the faint of heart. But the more I climb there, the more I like it. This is a classic area put up by some great climbers. Outstanding granite face and slab climbing.
