Hasn't voted | I recall that day being quite leisurely and pleasant on the eyes: a day-trip looping from Bandera to Pratt to Defiance and back to the car. And it was capped off by witnessing one of those ubiquitous balloon fragments we see in the mountains actually falling out of the sky while I was on the summit of Defiance.
I thought seeing a popped balloon falling out of the sky would be a one-off for me. But then last year it happened to me a again when I saw a fragment land next to the shore of Lost Lake down by Noble Knob. I thought it was a piece of white paper floating down to the ground. But it was a balloon fragment!
So that's twice now. Yet I still haven't got a hole-in-one after over 2000 rounds of golf. | | Posted Dec 29, 2011 8:25 pm |
