| First stop in a ridge traverse over to the "MacLeod/Lilley highpoint" a mile north of Ireteba. Not sure Bard really warrants its own page- its really just one of a half dozen lower highpoints along the ridge and quite close to Ireteba. Pics are here. | |

| Drove as far as I could and began hiking up Bard. Hit Bard, then Ireteba. Nice quick hike after a previous day on Spirit. | |

| Sometime in 2006, I did a quick morning loop of Bard and Ireteba, then met some friends to do Castle Peak, a much better peak on the other side of the highway. Great day out. | |

| Hiked up Bard Peak and then over to Ireteba Peak. Great views of the Colorado River, Lake Mojave, and all the mountains in the great 360 degree view. | |
