Depth : 270 m.
Shafts : 9 from 10 to 45 m. ( totally 240 m. )
This cave has 2 enterances that you should enter from upper one and after descending 6 shafts you will go out from the other enterance .
Best time for seeing this cave is Fall and end of Spring .
This cave is the gratest in East of Iran .
A 4 person team could see this cave in 8 hours . We were 8 and do that in 15 hours !

Getting There

Mashhad is the second largest city after Tehran in NE of Iran .
There is a main road about 400 km. from Mashhad to Ferdows city in south .
From Ferdows turn East in a main road about 60 km. to Sarayan city.
From Sarayan turn North in another main road about 15 km. to Charme village .
There is a dirty road about 10km. from Charme to Batoon Cave .
The cave is located at a mountain range in NE of the village .
