did you take this picture? I mean, what time of the year? Spring, maybe? There's much too snow for summer or autumn, I think...

That's a good question, it was 27/11/2004. There was then a strange warming-up of the weather after a cold start of the autumn. The snow paradoxally looked like spring snow, hard and firm, ideal for the use of crampons.
