Looking at the north side of Beckler Peak (5062' elevation), located in Wild Sky Wilderness of Washington.
For many years there has been controversy over which of the three major highpoints of Beckler Peak is truly the highest. Maps show the East Peak as the highest, while many mountaineers believe the highest point is either the Middle Peak, which is technical to attain, or the West Peak, which is totally non-technical to attain. Each of those locations are nearly the same elevation, although it is truly anybody's guess which is the true summit.
