Beginning the WI4

This is me making my way up the WI4 column that finished Hidden Falls. Our toprope was set up at a wierd angle though, and a fall would result in swinging into the rock face that is usually ocvered with ice. Jan 20th, 2007.

Yes, this is a drainage path that freezes over in the winter to create the falls. WI stands for Waterfall Ice. The ratings then indicate how steep the ice is. Mixed ratings are determined with a M, then followed by a rating.
