Long day in the big wall

Started at St. Bartholomä at 14h (which is very late for an east face ascent..) and reached the summit 4 hours later at 18h. First part was very wet and cloudy. Middle part was dry and offers great climbing. The last part was wet (due to snow) and cloudy again. Because of incoming darkness I've raced to the Watzmann Haus and back down to Königssee. Reached the parking at 22h.
The climbing is great and I found route finding not too difficult. Just use a good description (see bergsteingen.com for one) and use your skills (if you have them ;)).
The trip (St. Bartholomä - Watzmann - Königssee) took me 8 hours.

Climb the easy wayThe climb isn´t very hard, but extremly long. And its a duty for alpinists to do this bigwall .
