Cato the Elder - also called Cato the Censor - usually ended every speech with the phrase "Carthago delenda est" "We must destroy Carthage".
At the end Romans really annihilated Carthage, but even if they were great explorers I'm quite sure they never climbed the Sella Towers...ehe ehe
