Big Cataloochee, one of my favorite Smokies peaks. Somewhat like Le Conte, it is quite separate from main ridges and dominates its locality. (I spent the morning of my 16th birthday at the Laurel Gap Shelter on the slopes of Big Cataloochee--31 years ago!) Comments |  Image Data
