Bighorn Canyon

The Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area in Montana and Wyoming is a 120,000 acre section of land just west of the northern part of the Big Horn Range. It features an absolutely spectacular canyon that the Bighorn River has cut through the mountains. The walls along the river are often over 700 feet high, especially in the area called Devil's Canyon.
