| Very windy day, from saddle to the top was battle with almost waist deep snow is some spots, but it was great day. Beautiful views from summit! | ||

| Brian C | Rainy! ![]() Date Climbed: Jul 5, 2012 | |
| Headed up with my wife. Followed Lisa Foster's route description and ended up battering through thick brush. Very unpleasant! The summit was excellent and has great views of surrounding peaks. We then descended to Tileson - Bighorn saddle but decided to bail due to epic lightning/rain storm. Turns out the route down from the saddle was very pleasant and much easier. Next time I'll go up that way. | ||

| CSUMarmot | From Tileston-Bighorn saddle ![]() Date Climbed: Jun 17, 2011 | |
| Climbed up a gully immediately after the switchback after the campsites. Hit unavoidable 2-8' drifts at about 10750', no one on top, very windy. | ||

| shknbke | From Tileston ![]() Date Climbed: Feb 26, 2011 | |
| Nice snowshoe workout combined with Tileston. I think we picked a good line up Tileston, because the snow on Bighorn's west ridge was deeper! Excellent loop to do on a marginal weather day. | ||

| SarahThompson | With Tileston in winter ![]() Date Climbed: Feb 26, 2011 | |
| From Lawn Lake TH. Traversed from Tileston and descended Bighorn's west slopes through shockingly deep powder (so glad we didn't go UP this way!). I liked Bighorn's rocky summit but we didn't get to enjoy it because it was snowing & blowing. | ||

| tomlauren | West Slopes ![]() Date Climbed: Feb 2, 2008 | |
| Snowshoed the West Slopes from Lawn Lake Trailhead with friend Trevor and fellow summitpost member dholm. Between 10,500 ft. and 11,100 ft. the snow was four feet deep and powder, making progress very difficult. Trevor turned back at 10,500. dholm and I made it to the summit. Cold, but almost no wind which was nice. | ||

| Thrashed up the west slopes with Ed. Cool day on top, not to bad in the forest. Fun day. | ||

| Mountain Jim | Via Black Canyon & Mount Tileston ![]() Date Climbed: Jun 22, 1986 | |
| Two ascents ... the first via the Black Canyon and Mount Tileston, then west slopes to the Lawn Lake Trail and out to the trailhead. The second from the Lawn Lake trail and down the east slopes through a nasty, difficult bushwack to the ranger station at the Fall River entrance to The Park. | ||
