| I've made several trips to visit the Black Hills and my wife, dog and I climbed Harney Peak. One would think that once you get to the Dakota country you wouldn't find any wilderness, but I was very impressed by the Black Elk Wilderness and the Needles for their ruggedness. | |

| I've visited the Black Hills off and on throughout my life. I feel something here. I have only a very small amount of Native blood in me but no matter the reason this is one of this nation's special places. | |
