Black Mountain Plaque

Looks like someone put up a nice plaque on the top of Black Mountain recently. It wasn't there a couple years back when I was there. When you're looking at the building with the music always coming out of it, it's to your right on the other side of the gravel road. I don't know why they didn't just put it under the tower.
