FWIW, I didn't start peakbagging until age 62 so at 48 you are a mere youngster (pass that along to your wife)

Re: Cool ShotThanks and my wife is starting to get into the hiking but I hope when the smow melts and were are hiking the higher elevations, she still has the enthusiasm she has now.

Re: Cool ShotI cook dinner every night for my wife. Sometimes fancy, sometimes we go out. But what makes her happy is if I finish her list of crap she wants me to do. My list has become hiking.

And .. far as age goes, that's WHY I enjoy
