https://youtu.be/iGfVdysEyzI Check out our timp traverse video on you tube for a full trip report. Bomber peak is very easy only 10 minutes past the pass along the main Timp Trail. Saw the wrecked bomber from the top as well which was cool.

Timpanogos Traverse  Sucess!

We bushwhacked from the Timpooneke Campground trailhead up past the headwall into Woolly Hole Cirque, went up the scree slope from there to the northeast ridge, hit the false summit and then the true summit of North Timpanogos. After that we went across the ridge and got Bomber Peak, and then descended the Timpooneke Trail. There was awesome scenery the entire way. See "North Timp Loop" trip report for details.

Bomber  Sucess!

We traversed over to Bomber after having been on the summit of North Timp. I really enjoyed the ridge line trail between these two peaks. After Bomber, we then descended to the saddle between Bomber and the main summit.

Which Bump?  Sucess!

I was confused as to which bump the peak was so I made sure to hit all of the peaks on the ridge on the way to North Timpanogos.

So This Happened  Sucess!

I wasn't sure which bump was the real one, so I hit them all on my way to North Timp. Some guy's dog followed me the whole time. I hope he's okay...the dog.

Nice intermediate bump  Sucess!

I've been on and over this peak probably 5 times on varying occasions but have yet to see any of the wreckage which endowed this little peak with its current name.

On the way to North Timp  Sucess!

Ran up to the saddle from Timpooneke and tagged Bomber on the way to North Timp. It was fascinating to be able to see the wreckage down below. We're going to make a trip up to see the wreckage sometime. It was a little difficult on the way out to be sure which Peak was North Timp, but it became apparent as we went along. Got it on the way back too.

Hit on the way back from Timp  Sucess!

Starting from the Aspen Grove trailhead, I hiked up the Timp Glacier to the South summit. From there, I traversed over Timpanogos, Bomber Peak, and North Timpanogos. Car to car time was about 8 hours, 20 minutes.

From North Timp to Timp  Sucess!

I tagged this summit on the way from North Timpanogos (via the Grunge Couloir) to the main summit of Timpanogos. This was all shortly before twisting my ankle near Emerald Lake and walking out 7 miles on a massive, ugly mess of a joint.

There were a lot of goats around the area between North Timp and the main Timp summit, which seems to be a consistent theme here.
