Boulders, Rocks and Pools Three Cliffs Bay | [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ] |
On the western reaches of Three Cliffs Bay shadowed by the cliffs of Great Tor are these large rock features. These like all areas on the Gower are great for many different rock activities.

This image was done using what is known as HDR format. Three different images each at a different exposure then embedded into each other using a software called Photomatix.
If you get the exposures right it can give you some rewarding results. As can be seen in this image.
Once again thank you.

Voted 10/10 | I was wondering how you had so much in crisp focus at much different distances. I haven't gotten into computer tweaking at that level yet. I was thinking of getting aperture pro for my mac, just haven't had the extra cash. Thanks for sharing. | | Posted Nov 23, 2009 10:28 pm |

Hasn't voted | It seems to have grabbed the votes well. It is worth trying the HDR stuff in the future as alot of people are turning to this method of photography now. The only problem is memory as for one image you need three or even five seperate pictures.

My friends on here and myself are looking at creating a page about the Gower for its rock climbing and its rugged hills.
Watch this space...!
