Bridges of the Rock Canyon trail

As you head up Rock Canyon, you cross 5 bridges, some of very recent vintage. When we hit the trailhead at 9 a.m., 18 degree weather greeted us as we headed for the summit of Squaw Mountain. Snow packed all the way, eliminating the need for snowshoes this time out and the temp never got beyond about 22 degrees all day. 12-14-13
