The forecast called for rain. I was at the trailhead at 6 a.m. Hiked to Soldier Pass Trail Junction. Drops of rain began to fall. Wanted to see Mormon Canyon too so came back and found the spur trail to the canyon overlook. It began to rain. Was back in the car by 8:15. My pictures would have been much better if it were sunny but at least I was able to make it.
