Broken Arm
Yours truly on the summit of Bauerman Ridge (8044 feet), August 9, 2009. Using only one trekking pole, an indicator that my right arm is still broken.

... but it was not as if you needed to use your arms much on this climb (which was one of the reasons I thought it would be a good climb for us), although the final rocky mound required scrambling. You did awesome on the trip. We'll go back and do some bigger (Top-100) stuff in the area, after your arm heals up.

I hope we go back. I found the area to be much more interesting than I expected. I'm getting good at short easy class 3 scrambles just using my left arm. I saw the doctor again yesterday and in two weeks it should be back to full use.
