Bruach na Frithe
Can this really be on the Isle of Skye, land of rain, mist and midges? Yes every now and again you get stunning weather to go with the magnificent scenery on Skye. This was a perfect New Year's day, descending the east ridge of Bruach na Frithe.

When I went to Skye all that could be seen was fog and rain and a few hundred feet at the base of the mountains. It was still beautiful, though. (Looking at your other photos, I guess I already said that in another comment). Nice Photo!

Ha ha yes, I know lots of Brits who've never seen either the sun or snow on Skye!
