good progress!

only planters left...

Picture of a photo, lake Tahoe dam
hard work...

unreal they built it in a few months...
In just a few months

So fun!
in the old days.

Must have been amazing
love seeing the old days

Sort of like beavers...
more construction

I used to take care of an old man...
maybe these are the Judge's photos

Imagine how the cutthroat must have felt
so awesome

The old Judge had
He had so many old stories

The fish just below the dam...
more construction

looks like...
it's nearly finished

So many old timers
wonder where Billy Boyle's house was???

Lake Tahoe was only inhabited
changing the lake forever

Such a beautiful place
maybe they learned from the beavers...

nearing completion
beautiful old dam

this is the last photo.
I love walking by in the mornings

Notice you have some DAM pictures here. I LOVE your dam pictures.

Seriously, you seem to know a lot about Tahoe.

I am hopelessly in love with lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. I took care of a 95 year old man who had lived there since 1906, and his love of the lake was contagious! He told me so many interesting stories, that are now being forgotten, it seemed important to start taking photos of things I knew about...

It IS important. Especially in the sunset of our lives.

History can be recorded. Some will be forgotten and become LOST in the shadows, but the sunlight will remain and shed light on the most endearing.

Wishing you the best of Holidays, Cedar.
