| Climbed up to the Point and went around to Wilbur's shoulder- I was going solo and decided not to hit the kind of exposure without somebody to watch me fall...so I went back around the point and dropped down to Shangri La and ran down the scree to Iceburg and out. Fantastic goat trail from the Point down a ramp to Shangri La. | |

| VERY enjoyable GMS outing! Looks as though we did much of our route the opposite of Jim's group, plus they descended through Shangri La, which must have been nice! | |

| Climbed with OTHG led by George Ostrom and Ivan O'Neil. We climbed up the gully on SW side beneath Wilbur and traversed out toward Many Glacier to the point before dropping down and climbing into Shangri La and then down the great scree slopes above Iceberg Lake and out on the trail | |
