The power of Velebit unleashed as second edition of hurricane force Bura of the season beats Velebit Channel on December 10th 2005. If coming here during the winter be prepared to face closed roads and difficult, sometimes impossible conditions around and on Velebit massif.

Magical morning on the coast of South Velebit with Pag island in the background. When circumstances are right and road is just not closed for all traffic you can witness this beautiful show of nature, just hold the wheel tight and don’t be afraid of wild gusts that shake your car. But power of Bura is unpredictable and you can end up stuck here for few days.
