Busy day in a deep couloir

Hiking 14ers is so popular nowadays, so summer weekends are usually like a social event - people everywhere. This photo shows many scramblers go up the deep couloir (I am standing at Lavender Col). And this is one of the reason I like the South face variation route so much more - usually no people, and no loose boulders! Imagine someone sending one of those onto your head...
