Down into the land of ticks. Wild horses mean ticks so in the springtime, be aware that mountains frequented by wild horse may very well have a tick population that you need to deal with.

Is that a trail?

That looks like a trail, you don't usually find those in remote Nevada, must be a trick of the terrain, or some kind of random natural feature.

In the areas that have wild horses, these are the trails they make. We had several choices at times but the best non man made trails I've encountered are made by horses.
