Hasn't voted | Thanks Lolli! As soon as the mountain came into view over the ridge I almost fell backwards- it was an amazing sight! | | Posted Sep 30, 2008 7:51 pm |

Hasn't voted | Thanks for the kind words! It's pretty crazy how green the alpine setting is around here. | | Posted Oct 1, 2008 9:15 pm |
| lcarreau | Beautiful ... | |
Voted 10/10 | Wouldn't it be funny if they HAD filmed
"The Sound of Music" here, and while they
were dancing out in the alpine fields,
somebody tripped over a cairn hidden in the
grass???
Then again, it probably wouldn't have been
funny at all! Nice photograph, however!!! | | Posted Nov 6, 2008 11:08 pm |

Hasn't voted | and while they were dancing out in the alpine fields, somebody tripped over a cairn hidden in the grass??? Thus giving the peak its official name- haha, I'd laugh! Thanks!

| Vinny | couloir | |
Hasn't voted | looks awesome- can anyone describe the route to the base of that couloir? | | Posted Jun 3, 2010 2:19 pm |

Hasn't voted | indeed it does, it caught my eye too. I think the least technical approach would be via blackerby ridge, then dropping in. I haven't been up the couloir so I sent you a PM with some info that hopefully points you in the right direction | | Posted Jun 3, 2010 9:56 pm |
