| Hiking California's county highpoints was one of the most enjoyable tasks I've taken on. They are all so remarkably different... each one a unique, interesting, and memorable journey. I began in 2005 with Hot Springs Mountain (after having inadvertently reached nine COHPs) and finished in July 2009 with White Mountain Peak. A bit bittersweet once it was all completed, may do it again sometime. A great way to see the state. | ||
