Where is this exactly?

Looks great for some mix. Can you set up a TR here or is it only possible for leading?

	Hasn't voted	You can set up up TR in a at least a couple of the falls. From the parking area walk back along the road toward Durango. Walk maybe 5-10 minutes. Enter down a drive, through the trees downhill to the rim of the canyon. There are several large trees to anchor from. There is another fall further down that side of the canyon rim that can be TRed as well. It helps if someone below can tell you when you are on top of the fall.
