| The Castle Canyon Trail is one of my favorite trails in this area, rarely see anyone on it, and has great views. Did it again today, then down to Idlewild campground and return. | |

| The Castle Canyon Trail is a great hiking and running trail and the canyon itself is one of striking beauty. I've also scrambled straight up parts of the canyon taking shortcuts between trail sections. | |
