| Mountain Jim | From Fern Lake TH  Date Climbed: Oct 10, 1988 | |
| On the first climb we went on to climb "Stapps Point," the unofficial 12,736 ft. summit at the end of the NE ridge of Stones, and then on to Stones Peak. Descended via Hourglass Lake & Spruce Canyon back to Spruce Lake. On the 2nd climb of Castle Rock we included, Gabletop, Knobtop and Flattop. | |
