| My first ever experience of mountains was on a school trip to the Lakes, staying at the YHA Newlands hostel near Keswick. We did Cat Bells after a few days of training walks around Derwentwater. I must have got the taste for it then as I still love the mountains more than 50 years later. | |

| The Mrs. and I had a wet climb up this fun little mountain. The clouds cleared up top and we had great views over Keswick and the Derwentwater. | |
