You should try and hike at jullia Phiffer State Park it has a rock arch and waterfall in the same place. Never miss a chance to climb Mt Whitney I climbed it in 1986 via the Muir route solo .

I looked up the JP State Park. I will add that to the list and Whitney tempts me. Glad to hear you did it solo. I was anxious to find a buddy for such a peak, but if I can go it alone, once I prepare, all the better! Thanks for the tips Ice Man!
