July 2005 - I kind of knew about this place but found out more about it from a guy in line for permits at the Zion backcountry desk. I told him I would be staying at the SUU Mountain Center in Cedar Canyon and planned to take some of my brothers and sisters & nieces and nephews rappelling while we were were staying at the Mountain Center. He gave me good details on where to park and where to set my anchors. It was a successful trip because my brothers helped out, everyone paid attention, nobody got hurt, and we had several first time rappellers enjoy the outing.
