... don't bother wasting your time with this peak on a "good weather" day. Due to its low elevation and close proximity to urban areas, Cedar Mountain can be summited any time of the year. This is a good choice for a "poor weather" day, especially considering that the thick forest canopy helps prevent direct drizzle down low on the trails. Another Quad bites the dust.
A local "mountain" so to speak. I did this from my house and made about a 12 mile loop out of it including some on the Lake Youngs trail and some street/sidewalk walking.
