Celebration of the Lizard | [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ] | |||||||||||
"And in the labyrinth of streams; Beneath, the quiet unearthly presence of Gentle hill dwellers, in the gentle hills AROUND .. Reptiles abounding ..." I've always been fascinated with the diversity and density of lizards in Arizona. Crossing my path beneath the SUN, these miniature dinosaurs lend the desert environs entertainment, rustling through dead leaves and leaving ghostly tracks in the sand. The Pai Striped Whiptail, recognized by its six yellow stripes, finds PEACE near the crystal waters of AZ's Oak Creek, just north of Cathedral Rock. June 8, 2011 Comments [ Post a Comment ]
